As summer wraps up, we're taking a moment to reflect on the incredible memories we've made this season, especially at the Rodeo Day Parade! ?? It was such a blast to be out in the community, handing out gummy burgers and soaking up the energy of Preston. We're so grateful to be part of this wonderful town and to experience the amazing support from our local community every day. From all of us at Polar Bear, thank you for the continued support! In 1956, Polar Bear expanded with a grill, fryer, and drink dispenser, introducing mouthwatering burgers that swiftly became the town’s beloved delicacy. Under the leadership of Sawyer Hemsley, Hemsley Ventures, is proud to bring Preston's favorite diner back to life. With dedication and passion, Sawyer and his team are committed to turning Polar Bear Eats into an iconic establishment. Sawyer bought the name and receipts from the previous owners: Steve and Dixie Larsen. Doing so has allowed the Polar Bear team to do everything in their power to bring back the original menu. The teams unwavering commitment to the community has transformed us into the unparalleled dining destination renowned citywide. Not only did we replicate our historic neon clock (can you spot the clock in the photos?), but we also wanted to stay as true to the original Polar Bear as we could, so we created a nostalgic experience with walk up ordering and outdoor dining. Of course, we felt it was important to remember and bring back as much as the past with Polar Bear as we could, so we added car hop and drive through like it had for some time back in the day. The new and modern-day convenience of delivery was added to make it so everyone could enjoy Polar Bear the way that works for them. The Polar Bear has been awakened. He's thawed the menu to bring back Preston's all-time favorite drive-in.
