VERN's Channel Partners - including BotStacks, evrmore, ExSynt Solutions, and Kore.ai - use VERN's backend-API to deliver emotionally-intelligent chatbots for their customers. The "Intel Inside" business model helps VERN scale rapidly with low Cost of Customer Acquisition, no onboarding costs, and low/no churn. VERN's seed round closes at the end of the year, ahead of an expected value-inflection point in client revenues.
