We are thrilled to welcome Marc Munichman to PointBlank Ventures as Partner and Chief Investment Officer (CIO). Marc brings over 17 years of experience in real estate investment management and investment banking, advising institutional clients and capital partners on transactions totaling $175 billion in asset value. As CIO, Marc will lead PointBlank’s investment activities, including developing and executing strategy, fostering capital relationships, and overseeing the company’s investment management business. He will also drive the launch of new investment vehicles integral to the firm’s growth strategy. Marc’s leadership will be instrumental in expanding our investment platform and scaling our capabilities as we plan significant growth across the Sunbelt.

Today, we honor and remember, Harold Bartee, Jared's grandfather, who served the U.S. Army in Word War II (top right of photo). Harold's plane was shot down during Operation PointBlank. After surviving the crash, he was a captured P.O.W. who later escaped and went on to receive the Medal of Honor. The name PointBlank Ventures wasn't born by chance. It embodies our commitment to bold, direct action and honors the memory of Jared's grandfather, a WWII hero, and the importance of courage, sacrifice, and leadership. We aim to be sharp investors who make calculated bets that hit the mark. Every success echoes Harold's resilience and the sacrifices of those who served.
