#ProjectAward | We are thrilled to announce that Poettker will be the general contractor for a major renovation and expansion project at the Walmart store in Kannapolis, NC! This project includes a 4,200 SF expansion to accommodate a new Online Pickup (OP) area, along with extensive interior updates to the remaining 195,000 SF store. Our team will be replacing refrigeration cases, installing a new modular pharmacy, refreshing finishes in various departments, and painting the exterior of the building to give it a fresh new look!
