Time for another fellow's faculty spotlight! Today our fellows would love to highlight one of our newer faculty members, Christopher Girgis, DPM Here's what our first year fellow Hojin Lee had to say about Dr. Girgis "Dr. Girgis has been instrumental in my growth, both clinically and in research. He is always willing to engage in thoughtful discussions and values my input. His patience and kindness are a constant source of inspiration. Happy Friday! Here is what our first year fellow, Hojin Lee said about her guided reading for her research month. "As I further develop my knowledge of research writing, including manuscript and grant writing, my focus this month is on reading a book about grant application writing.?From this book, I am learning about the critical steps in writing a successful grant application, including the importance of thorough research, crafting a clear and persuasive proposal, aligning with funders' priorities, and avoiding common mistakes. The book also provided important tips for writing effectively and ensuring the proposal stands out, as well as strategies for submitting a polished and compelling application.
