I hate being flooded with information... It just makes it more difficult to make decisions. Information in sales is GOLD ?? It's what helps you better understand... - Your prospect's needs. - Their main decision-making process. - Why they're interested in your product. - Their main concerns. - What is happening in the company that might influence the decision. But ???????? ?????????????????????? ??????'?? ???????????? ???????????? ???? ?????? ??????'?? ???????????? ????. Now information comes from EVERYWHERE. It's unstructured. It's difficult to make sense of ?? It's not that bad if you don't remember that your prospect's daughter's birthday was this weekend. But when you can't figure out the main concerns a prospect has shared... it can cost you the whole deal. I've talked to many reps who spend an hour right before every prospect call to sift through the last notes, emails, CRM data, listen to the call recording, etc. What a waste of time!!! What if you could know exactly what your deal's decision-maker is worried about? ??
