Quiz-based exam prep helping thousands of professionals get certified.

关于我们

We are dedicated to providing the most effective, convenient, and engaging test prep for more than 100 standardized exams. We believe education should be within everyone’s reach. Having the right tools to be successful in your studies isn’t a notion that just the privileged few should have. That’s why we have led the mobile test prep category with our portable learning, smart feedback, and affordable programs since 2011. We care about people passing exams because we’ve been there. Co-founders Ken Gillette and Peter Murphy faced expensive, high-stakes tests for career-promoting professional credentials while working at Lockheed Martin. Like tens of thousands of other Americans, they shelled out hundreds of dollars to register and buy the materials they thought would improve their chances of passing. After hauling textbooks, flashcards, and study guides to costly test prep classes, they founded Pocket Prep to help people more effectively and inexpensively prepare for important assessments.

Ever heard of the mind-body connection? Turns out, it might be the key to improving your studying. Here’s how your 5 senses are associated with memory: ?? (Smell) Scents can unconsciously trigger memories and emotions that are connected with a certain smell. Try studying with a calming essential oil like lavender for stress relief and to aid information recall on test day. ?? (Taste) Taste triggers retrieval cues through our hippocampus that are strongly associated with a time and place. Chewing an unfamiliar gum flavor while studying somewhere comfortable and then again on test day, can ease your nerves by forcing your body to recall a more familiar environment. ?? (Sound) Listening to music while studying improves your mood, triggering the release of dopamine and promoting the feelings of happiness and relaxation. Studying with background music has an uplifting affect that will help you better manage feelings of test-day anxiety. ? (Touch) Small repetitive physical activities, also known as fidgeting, can increase our ability to focus. Sensory gadgets such as a stress ball or clay can improve your ability to concentrate while studying. ?? (Sight) Nearly all of the information transmitted to the brain is visual and lives in our visual memory. To keep your information retrival sharp, take short regular breaks from screens throughout your studying. Read more on our blog! We’re beyond proud to share Robert Dittman’s inspiring story! With the support of our friends at Pocket Prep, Robert became the first blind person to pass the Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) exam—a milestone made possible by accessible design. At Ablr, we’re driven by our mission to eliminate the digital divide and create pathways to employment for people with disabilities. Helping make Pocket Prep’s app fully accessible was an honor, and we’re thrilled to see Robert’s success as a testament to the power of inclusive design. His journey, along with his wife Kirstiana’s support, shows how accessibility can fuel determination, empower learning, and open doors for everyone! ?????????? ???????? ?????????? ????????’?? ?????????????????????????? ???????????????? ?????? ?????? ???? ???????? ?????????????????????????? ???????????? ???????? ?????????????????? ?????????????? ????????????: ablr360.com/accessibility ???????? ????????????'?? ???????? ?????????? ???? ???????????? ????????’?? ????????: pocketprep.com/blog #AccessibilityMatters #Inclusion #TechForGood #Ablr #PocketPrep
