Congratulations to our client for the closing of an $11,000,000 fixed rate bridge loan secured by a Hilton Garden Inn located in the Mid Atlantic Region. The borrower hired PMZ after its relationship bank dropped out at the 11th hour. We found a non recourse portfolio lender and closed the deal within 30 days of application in order to accommodate the required pay off of the existing debt.
