Our PML Construction team handled the exterior and interior framing, drywall, acoustic ceilings, and added Tectum wall panels and clouds for a top-notch finish. With front-end layout and clean CNC cuts, we skip the need for corner bead—saving man hours and delivering a flawless ceiling finish. Efficiency meets craftsmanship!

Ever wondered what half a million square feet of drywall looks like? Our 17-year Site Superintendent, Keith Donner, shares insights on the unique drywall installation at the 85th and Dodge Behavioral Health and Wellness Center. Thanks to the dedication of our crew and collaboration with Kiewit, progress is moving swiftly!

Fall is in full swing at Quarry Oaks Golf Club, and PML is excited to be part of the transformation! Partnering with Sampson Construction , we’re renovating the clubhouse and adding two snack shacks. After a summer spent framing and drywalling the additions to the clubhouse, our team has moved on to the finishing touches. Pictured here is our Finishing General Superintendent, Eric Leany, spraying the AcoustiBuilt ceilings. The exterior EIFS has turned out beautifully, giving the building a fresh, updated look. Can’t wait to see the finished product this December!

Griffon Point in Gretna???? We originally built these two buildings for B Douglas Construction Solutions and now we’re excited to complete two tenant finishes inside! Redline Athletics is wrapped up on our end, while Rally Coffee Co. is in the drywall finishing stage. A great space coming together in Gretna.

The future of construction is in our youth!?? Yesterday and today, we had the privilege of hosting groups of Metropolitan Community College construction students in our training room, giving them a behind-the-scenes look at commercial construction. These high school students, enrolled in MCC’s construction courses, are passionate about beginning a career in the trades—a growing field full of endless opportunities. A special thank you to MCC’s Construction Technology & Building Science teacher, Trevor Secora, for connecting us with these students. We’re proud to engage with young talent and provide hands-on experiences that connect education with real-world applications.
