Another exciting PMI Dallas Toastmasters meeting concluded last Saturday, and what a fantastic gathering it was! Special thanks to Adriana Valladolid, PMP, our Sergeant at Arms, who kicked off the meeting. Under the guidance of David Adams, MBA, PMP, DASM, DTM, our Toastmaster, we explored the theme “Lessons Learned,” with the Word of the Day being “habilitates.” The speeches were truly inspiring! David Adams shared “The Three Rules for an American Living in Europe,” offering valuable insights with a storytelling twist. Joan Bradee, MBA PMP SAFe LPM CSM delivered “The Power of Networking,” emphasizing the importance of building and leveraging strong connections. Our Table Topics session, hosted by David Adams, provided members with the chance to think on their feet, with quick evaluations encouraging continuous improvement. It was a great opportunity to practice and observe spontaneous speaking skills! Congrats to David Adams, Best Speaker; Adriana Valladolid, Best Evaluator; and Ratna Panchumaryhi; Best Table Topics Speaker.
