For me, the key to leadership success in 2024 has been ???????????????????? ???????????? ???????????????????? to do what they do best. For our team, the key to making an impact has been an ???????? ???????? ?????? ???????????????? in collaborating with partners and stakeholders. It’s been a truly humbling and rewarding experience for all of us. ?? ???????????????????? ???????? ?????? ?????????? ?????? ???? ????????: 1?? ??????????????????: Three transformative workshops by Sandip Rananavare of Agility Academy and Pete Omotosho of Pete Lauren Consulting, including one in-person session at RMIT University, in collaboration with PMI Tasmania and Melbourne Chapters. 2?? ????????????????: Three insightful seminars by Joshua Barnes of Process Mentors, Alan Kwon PMP? PMI-CP of PMX Consulting, and Scott Ambler, in collaboration with PMI Western Australia, Melbourne, and Vietnam Chapters. These sessions were brilliantly hosted by Dheeraj (DJ) Dua and Jeferson Souza, PMP, DAC, DASSM, SFC, Prince2. 3?? ?????? ?????????? ?????????????????? ????????: A global event featuring 8 sessions co-hosted by RMIT University, ???? ?????? ????????????????, and ?? ?????? ??????????????.
