What separates the talented from the exceptional? Work Ethic. While in Dallas, we were lucky enough to meet up with an old friend who happens to be one of the greatest tennis players of all time, John Isner, and he shared invaluable advice on what all successful athletes have in common. To be great, you must always look ahead to what’s next and how to improve yourself daily. Rest on your last achievement, and others will pass you by.
