Scaling complex Kubernetes environments can be really challenging and resource-intensive. But at Plural, we’re proving that it doesn’t have to be. In a recent post we share how we used Plural to manage 1,100 Kubernetes clusters with just over 3 CPU cores. That’s not a typo, just 3 cores. By optimizing our control plane architecture and fine-tuning how we handle agent communication, load balancing, and state storage, we pushed the limits of efficiency while keeping operations smooth and scalable. For teams managing fleets of clusters this means one thing: you don’t have to settle for inefficient, expensive control planes any longer. #Kubernetes #CloudNative #DevOps #ScalingK8s #Plural

Too often, teams rely on manual, ticket-driven processes to spin up clusters, slowing down development and adding operational overhead. Self-service provisioning changes the game by giving developers direct access to the infrastructure they need—without sacrificing security or governance. ?? Faster deployments, fewer roadblocks ?? Reduced burden on platform teams ?? Stronger controls without slowing innovation In our latest blog, we explore how self-service Kubernetes provisioning is shaping the future of platform engineering. Is your team moving toward self-service provisioning? Let’s discuss! ?? #Kubernetes #PlatformEngineering #DevOps #CloudAutomation

Join us NEXT THURSDAY, 2/27 for the first Kubernetes meetup of the year! Whether you are an expert or a beginner, come learn and network with other Kubernetes users in NYC. You don't even have to like Kubernetes - complaints welcome ?? During the evening, we will compare and contrast multi-tenant and single-tenant k8s multi-cluster strategies, focusing on the tradeoffs they imply for security and operational efficiency.?We will also discuss strategies for implementation and tools that can be useful for management. ??? Bring your questions and concerns. If you have another topic you're interested in exploring, let us know too. We will have drinks and bites during this event. ??? Schedule: 6:00pm - door opens 6:30pm - intros & ice breaker (please arrive by this time!) 6:45pm - demo & discussion 7:15pm - mingling & networking If we haven't met before: Plural is a platform for managing the entire software development lifecycle for Kubernetes. ??
