Just one of those is the Modoc Resource Conservation District. According to Modoc RCD Business Manager Lani Estill-Cockrell, the agency is mostly grant funded, and most grants do not pay for projects until they are completed — which potentially leaves a gap in funding.?That's where Plumas Bank can help by extending a line of credit:?
