Hey y’all, Sara & Britt here! It has been a while since we introduced ourselves & have quite a few new fans of Plucky Pickle Dip, so allow us to re-introduce ourselves! At our core, we are best friends, working mothers, snack lovers, and entrepreneurs. Parenthood turned our once multi-course, leisurely dinners with friends into snacking on the go while we chased our kids around. Our favorite things: cooking, entertaining, and hosting, were no longer an option, and we needed quick and easy recipes to serve to our friends. Our "crazy pickle dip" was the signature snack that our family and friends always requested. Fueled by their positive feedback and peoples’ obsessive reaction after tasting it, we launched Plucky Pickle Dip in 2017. Our timing was perfect, too. The busy, on-the-go lifestyle of Millennial parents created new snacking occasions along with a demand for healthy, convenient, snack-sized meals.
