Research affirms that when students view their teacher as credible, they are more likely to engage and succeed in the classroom.?Credibility can be valuable for teachers to explore with each other and their coaches. Four key components consistently emerge in credible educators: trust, competence, dynamism, and immediacy.?(Hattie)?These areas are not static, they evolve, grow, and sometimes diminish based on how teachers approach their practice.
