We are pleased with the successful completion of another project that the entire community can benefit from, transforming the former Wall Street Journal building into the new Korte Meat Processing Inc. The new location boasts an impressive 38,000 square feet, marking a significant upgrade from their previous facility. The new building features processing rooms, freezer/coolers, retail space, and a banquet facility.?

Today, we’re excited to celebrate Brenda Knackstedt and her incredible 25-year journey with us! Since joining nearly at the start, Brenda has been a cornerstone of our team. Over the years, her unwavering support has been essential to the success of many projects, including every IDOT project we’ve built. While she may not always be in the spotlight, Brenda’s dedication, hard work, and steady presence have played a pivotal role in shaping the strong foundation of Plocher Construction. Thank you, Brenda, for your loyalty, commitment, and for always being a dependable part of the team. Here’s to 25 years of success and many more to come!

Today marks 25 years of hard work and dedication from Jonathan Gall, an exceptional carpenter whose skill and knowledge have been integral to the success of so many of our most complex projects. With remarkable dexterity and a strong commitment to quality, he consistently set a high standard for craftsmanship. Beyond the work itself, Jon has also been a mentor to new team members, guiding them to approach every task with the same care and attention to detail.
