Progressive Leadership Initiative Education Fund (PLIEF)

The Progressive Leadership Initiative Education Fund (PLIEF) is a new 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to supporting young people in leadership development both personally and professionally. Our Mission: To strengthen self-awareness and expand the leadership potential of diverse young people through research, peer educational programs, and personalized leadership coaching. Our Vision: We envision a world where young people of all backgrounds have a greater sense of their purpose in the world and come together to strengthen their leadership abilities. We will work with youth leaders to help them overcome self-limiting ideas they may have and support them as they cultivate skills to develop their greatest potential. Through providing educational resources and coaching, we will help individuals find their agency, confidence, and leadership presence. We will specifically work with young leaders in entry to mid-level positions in the nonprofit space.
