The digital future of housing operations and supply chain solutions was the focus for Anchor and Plentific at the Housing Technology Conference in Nottingham. Phil McCavish, Transformation Director - Anchor joined a panel discussion ‘Transforming property operations with innovations and partnerships’ alongside Plentific’s Henrik von Bahr, VP Advisory and Business Growth and Emily Shaw, Senior Director, Product Lead. Speaking on the stage, Phil said: “One of the wonderful things about using this system is the visibility. We can now see what’s happening and can engage in process effectiveness. Having good quality data, with all our data in one platform, is a huge benefit. The foundations of AI have to be the data set. For housing colleagues, they can now see all aspects of service delivery in one place in a dashboard. That democratisation of data is transformative in itself.” Henrik added: “Digitalisation is a very important part to look at technology and how you can make that more streamlined. Ultimately, it comes down to data. Data is the missing piece in service delivery which can connect people, processes and solutions.” Emily said: “The beauty of working with Anchor is they were willing to hear about best practices from working with others. What would best-in-class look like. It was super collaborative.
