Today we are celebrating International Women's Day 2025 and all the amazing women here at Playground Games ?? This year’s IWD theme is #AccelerateAction - emphasizing the importance of taking swift and decisive steps to achieve gender equality. But accelerating action isn’t just about today - it’s a commitment we make every day, and we have a busy March ahead: ★ This week we visited a local school to host an assembly for Year 8 and 9 girls, giving them an insight into games industry careers and inspiring future women in games. ★ On 11th March we are presenting at the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion (enei) ”Driving DEI in STEM” event, amplifying our Women@PG Employee Resource Group who recently won “Employee Network Group of the Year” at the Inclusivity Excellence Awards 2024. ★ On 12th March we are joining the virtual Women in Games Expo, designed to empower women and girls to achieve their potential in the games industry – we will be answering your questions within our many sessions throughout the day. ★ On 14th March we are hosting our monthly Game Design Workshop for Girl Guides, where they can create and design their very own game, engage with Women@PG and learn more about game design and development. We’re very proud to have over 100 women across our team, and we recently became the first games studio to join WISE as a member, amplifying women in STEM. We all have a part to play in creating a more inclusive gaming industry, so please join us this month to #AccelerateAction ?? #IWD2025

?? We are Sustainability Champions ?? Last night was a very special moment for PG as we were crowned “Sustainability Champion” at the Ukie Video Game Awards 2025! We’re so beyond proud of the team and everything they do to make our studios more sustainable and environmentally friendly ??

We had an absolute blast at the National Student Pride Careers Fair! ?? Massive thank you to everyone who came by to see us and a big congratulations to the winners of our Forza Horizon 5 fastest lap challenge! ??
