Setting the Standard in Racket Sports: The Next Chapter for Nicol At Nicol, our mission is to create the premier destination for racket sports, and with our new New Jersey location, we're setting a new standard in the industry. This facility will go beyond traditional offerings with world-class squash, pickleball, and padel courts, designed to meet the needs of every player—from newcomers to seasoned athletes. Our New Jersey facility will feature four pickleball courts, three squash courts, and two state-of-the-art indoor padel courts, with additional outdoor courts coming in early 2025. We’ve designed a low annual membership and pay-per-court model that makes Nicol accessible without sacrificing quality. By prioritizing staff retention with competitive salaries and investing in a cohesive team culture, we’re ensuring that our standard of excellence is consistently delivered to every member. Our journey has taught us the power of building a community that thrives through word-of-mouth. We are so excited to announce Peter's Winter Season Adult Masterclass sessions for 4.0+ players. His first Masterclass will be?this upcoming Tuesday November 12th, which will focus on?Hitting the Correct Length.?You'll learn how to hit at the perfect length and get the ball to die in the back corners. When Peter was a junior player, his practices were filled with intense deep-hitting drills, and in between games, you could often hear his father—one of his most influential coaches at the time—encouraging him to “hit the back two corners!" Now, Peter says that hitting the correct length is a craft that players still often forget to focus on. Women’s week is an incredible movement from our governing body US Squash, who bring together clubs from across the country and encourage us to run free women’s programs for a week.
