Do you love Open Space and the magic of facilitation? ?? Play4Agile 2025 (August 28-31) is on the horizon, and we’re looking for Open Space Facilitators from our vibrant community to step up and make it unforgettable! ? Whether you’re experienced or just getting started, we want YOU to help create a safe, engaging, and playful space. ?? What’s involved? ?? Facilitate one of the three Open Space days – teaming up as a dynamic duo (one experienced, one emerging) for shared learning. ?? Help shape the event by co-designing, facilitating the pre-event (Thursday), or guiding the retrospective (Sunday). ?? Grab your sunglasses and put on your thinking caps, because we've got some sizzling news for you! ????? After a heated rock-paper-scissors tournament we switched to deliberation about the relevant criteria, and made a unanimous straightforward decision about the future of play4agile's timing. Drum roll, please... ?? ???????? ???????? ??????????????, we're sticking with ?????????? ??????????????????! That's right, folks - we're keeping our love affair with late summer going strong! ?? Why, you ask? Well, let us count the ways: 1. We're giving those pesky pandemic bugs the cold shoulder (ironically, by choosing warmer weather) ???? 2. We get to frolic outdoors without melting or freezing - it's the Goldilocks of seasons! ????? 3. Our dear Rückersbach venue is always ready to party with us in September ???? 4. Our organizers' calendars do a happy dance at this time of year ???? We know some of you might have been rooting for a winter wonderland or a spring fling, but hey - who can resist the allure of those last lazy days of summer?
