Last week, our team took on the ultimate test of nerves and skills at THE CUBE in Canary Wharf. It was like watching the TV show, but this time, we were the contestants, and we can all agree it was just as intense as watching it on the telly.??? We had a great time competing against each other and seeing who would come out on top. Plus, it was hilarious to see our usually calm colleagues get a bit flustered under pressure.??? We can't wait for the next social event! ?

Had a fantastic day last Thursday with the Mission Control team at Strativ Group! It's truly inspiring to work alongside such talented individuals. ?? We dedicated our time to acknowledging our outstanding eNPS scores and discusssing ways to enhance stakeholder engagement and communication. Yesterday, I put my skills to the test in THE CUBE ?? And let me tell you… it was just as intense as it looks on TV! ?? It got me thinking about similarities between the marketing world and The Cube ?? ?? Precision matters Just like the game, in marketing, the smallest details can make or break a campaign. A misaligned strategy, the wrong audience targeting or even the wrong tone of voice can cost you. ? High-pressure decision-making Sometimes, you have just seconds to react—whether it’s responding to a viral trend, handling a PR crisis or pitching a campaign to a client. Staying calm under pressure is key. ?? Strategy & adaptability Every challenge in The Cube requires a different approach, just like every brand needs a unique strategy. You can’t rely on the same tactics for every situation! Marketing (and ironically The Cube) isn’t just about having a skill set—it’s about thinking ahead, adapting quickly and performing under pressure ?
