2024 Happiness at its best!
We could not have asked for a more picture perfect day for our 1st Annual Subcontractor Appreciation Luncheon on Friday! We had close to 70 in attendance and it was great getting to see our subcontractor partners up close and personal - many for the first time! Heavenly Hawg delivered the most incredible BBQ ever and even had enough leftovers to take some home - much to the pleasure of my family! A special congratulations to Chip Bende' and his Platinum Air Systems of GA team taking home the well-deserved inaugural T.E. Cooper Excellence Award! Cooper & Company General Contractors, Inc has gone through a lot of changes in the 57 years we have been in business, and many just this last year, as Steve Cooper has decided to retire at the end of the year, Jim Cooper taking over as President, Paul Hoover stepping into the role of Director of Preconstruction and myself being named as Director of Construction. Friday excitement for concrete pour at Platinum!
Not only have we been super busy with ongoing and upcoming projects in the field but also at the home office. This will be a total of 5000sq ft by Concrete Professionals. Retired Vets at their best! This is our next stage of growth coming into our 4th year of business and keeping it homebased! We will be utilizing this space for more offices and going vertical with a new building soon as it’s cured in 5 days with much more parking. 60 yards of new 6000lb concrete being poured tomorrow stored materials and to keep our contractor’s ensured we are able to do so when needed. #platinumairsystemsgrowth2024 #hvaclife #fridayconcretepour #retainingwall
