???? Plastic Recycling Inc. Partners with Youth Apprenticeship Programs to Build a Stronger Workforce! ???? We were honored to host over 75 guests from the National Youth Apprenticeship Summit, organized by CareerWise USA and PAYA, at our facility. It was an exciting opportunity to show how we’re not only committed to sustainability but also to developing the next generation of talent through MAP (Modern Apprenticeship Program) and other apprenticeship initiatives. Our team showcased how youth apprentices are integrated into key areas of our workforce—including HR, R&D, Maintenance, and Production—and how these programs are creating a new pipeline for talent in our industry. Attendees got an up-close view of how we partner with the community to foster workforce development, ensuring a future-ready team. Special thanks to our panelists—Cristina, James, and Jerry—who shared insights on the return on investment (ROI) and challenges of integrating youth apprentices into our workforce from a business perspective. These conversations highlight the value of programs like MAP in shaping both the future of our company and the broader industry. A huge thank you to CareerWise, PAYA, MAP, and EmployIndy for partnering with us on this journey of building a sustainable and innovative future! #NationalYouthApprenticeshipSummit #CareerWise #PAYA #MAP #EmployIndy #WorkforceDevelopment #YouthApprenticeships #Sustainability #PlasticRecycling #FutureTalent
