    Day 3 of the Annual American College of Lifestyle Medicine was a smashing success. The keynote speakers opened with the topic of Brain health They are respected and engaging scientists and neurologist team Drs Dean and Ayesha Sherzai Also known as the Braindocs/ Other presentations on autoimmune disease and lifestyle and development of type 2 diabetes prevention and treatment guidelines were equally informative.
