?? ?? Scale Up Program Graduation Day
?? 6 months passed in the blink of an eye for us and our first cohort of 8 remarkable scale-ups. It was a powerful learning experience not just for them, but for us at Endeavor as well, and one of the main benefits was creating a sense of community within these entrepreneurs.
Why? Because the scaling journey can oftentimes feel like a lonely road for founders, who are facing pressure from all stakeholders, and being able to relate to other entrepreneurs going through the same challenges has created a sense of perspective and belonging among this cohort. We're very happy with the quality of personal relationships that this experience created, and the founders' desire to stay close after this program.
UniCredit Bank Romania welcomed us to their headquarters to start the day with an insightful go-to-market workshop held by Kulpreet Singh, after which we celebrated each of our participants.
Throughout the program, we’ve facilitated:
? 8 diagnostics & personalized work plans, one for every scale-up;
? 100+ mentorship sessions & intros;
? 9.8 NPS for mentorship;
? 5 peer-to-peer group sessions, as part of which we held a 3-day in-person Bootcamp.
Each of these 19 founders have the vision to create global impact and the ambition to see it through, and we’re lucky to have started our Scale Up Program with such an impressive cohort.
