The PPIC Collaborator/Supporter PBFGA is hosting its 3rd international summit on November 6-8, 2024 Antalya, Turkey. This summit is aimed at highlighting the plant based evolution, increasing momentum and strengthening partnerships for plant based innovations in food product development, culinary/gastronomy, data and digital technologies, ingredients, consumer engagement and carbon neutrality. Day 3 of summit , a symposium on sustainable fats and oils to power the plant based food industry, a collaboration between Yabited Fats and Oils, a leader in the industry, and the Plant Based Foods Global Alliance (PBFGA) is planned.? Foster innovation in plant-based fat and oil alternatives. Discuss and explore innovative fat and oil solutions to enhance plant based food products in terms of taste, texture and performance.?
