Great progress at the site and at the factory for the affordable housing project designed by Brooks Scarpa that we're building with Howard CDM for Community Corp of Santa Monica. Our first 100% affordable multifamily project! Most units will be available to youth transitioning from foster care.

First truck on the way to Menlo Park! One of our first all panel projects -- for a site that could not accommodate modules.
