PBFA's CEO Rachel Dreskin and Director of Membership Maddie Segal got an inside look at the company's pristine operations that produce millions of tofu products per month. Pulmuone is the largest tofu producer in the U.S., sourcing top-quality, domestically grown soybeans from North America. As a South Korean-founded company (est. 1981), they've grown to provide healthy, plant-based nutrition for millions with their variety of tofu brands and firmness levels.
