In just two weeks, Planscape | Real Estate Advisory will be wrapping up our first project on Cape Cod! We have a photoshoot at the end of June, and I can't wait to share the final product with all of you. ?? We're thrilled to deliver the project on time, on budget, and with a few weeks to spare so that the homeowners can enjoy it before the start of a fully booked summer rental season. ?? ?????? ???????????? ??'???? ??????????????: ? ???????????? ???? ?????? "?????? ???????? ???????? ??????": Designing a personal residence is a world apart from multifamily projects. This project pushed me to explore new design solutions and achieve a level of specification not typical in larger developments. ??????????????????????? ??????????????: Securing entitlements in a small town vs. a big city revealed that relationships are paramount. Despite my initial concern about working with a single plan examiner, his collaboration was invaluable, leading to the prompt approval of our project plans. ????? ????????????????????????: I am fortunate to have had a GC who was a true partner on this project. Their craftsmanship, open communication, and creative problem-solving were instrumental in ensuring this project was completed on schedule. ? ?????????????????????? ????????????????????: If nothing else, I learned the importance of managing stakeholders with compassion, patience (??), and an open mind. On a more personal note, one of this project's most rewarding moments was seeing the excitement on the client's faces when they walked into the home last week and saw the project 95% complete. It may sound cheesy, but moments like these remind me why I love what I do so much. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to my network for your support.
