Happy Friday! Today we are highlighting a material palette for our client, PM&J - a full-service design company of both national and international products, including pet, apparel, and home products. Their palette plays off of some existing materials as well as their branding, allowing us to tie in fun pops of color through wallcovering and accent paints. In honor of National Truckers Day, we wanted to highlight a recently completed project at 3300 Terminal Drive in Eagan, MN. This 14,000 SF exterior remodel of an industrial warehouse space met the challenge of balancing city requirements with the budgetary needs of the project for a deliverable that was cost-effective, long-lasting, and aesthetically pleasing. ? A main goal of this project was to design the building in a way that functions as a whole, while allowing for re-demising opportunities for potential subtenants in the future, so effective layout of the infrastructure was important. ? To uphold the municipality's architectural fa?ade requirements, the PlanForce team integrated additional brick and glass throughout the exterior - something that is not typical for warehouse projects. Overall, our team met the budgetary and flexibility needs for our client, so it was another very successful project! ? Yesterday, we had the pleasure of attending the second annual charity golf outing hosted by Border Foods - Taco Bell . This wonderful event supports their scholarship program, which helps employees pursue higher education. We truly enjoyed an afternoon with our friends at Border Foods LLC, all in support of a meaningful cause. ?
