If you have been working with farmers directly, this is an excellent opportunity. Savings of 50% of current chemical expenditures drops directly to profits while maintaining and often improving yields, eliminating chemicals into the waterways, and supporting soil health. Basically, what’s needed is tell a simple story to the farmer and passing interested folks to those who handle the details of what will work best for them to trial. We are adding 3-5 people to the current team of two. Part time works fine.
