After 31 years, our CEO and co-founder Klemens Kundratitz has today announced his decision to transition leadership of PLAION to Phil Rogers, Deputy CEO of Embracer Group. Starting April 2025, he will be supporting Embracer as a strategic advisor, allowing for more time with his family.?? ? Under Klemens’ leadership, PLAION grew from a bold, European venture into a successful global entertainment group with over 2000 employees in 15 countries. We want to express our deepest gratitude to Klemens for his steadfast leadership, unwavering dedication and passion for the business. He has always set a steady course for PLAION. His humility and vision have carried us through periods of challenge, transition and tremendous growth into a thriving future. We wish him all the best in his new advisory role with Embracer and hope he enjoys his well-earned time with his family.
