Only 5 months through the year and the absorption levels have already exceeded the full-year totals in 2019, 2020, 2022 and 2023. Samsung Semiconductor received an additional $6.4B in grants to expand their chip production plants in Central Texas. Samsung Semiconductor is investing $45B in building a new facility in suburban Taylor as well as expanding their existing Austin facility. Their grant award trails only behind $8.5B that was given to Intel Corporation for their Columbus facility and $6.6B that was given to TSMC for their Phoenix facility. #CHIPS #semiconductor #jobs #samsung #texas #placemkr

The 2024 Real Estate Outlook from Deloitte places Build-to-Rent as the #2 most desired asset class, up from #7 in 2023. Not surprising, it's the most attractive real estate investment outside of the Digital Economy.
