MIPIM is officially underway, and what a start! Kicking things off in true style, Yardi teamed up with Place North West for an incredible opening night in the heart of Cannes. Drinks were flowing, the atmosphere was buzzing,I was joined by my colleague Andrew Hawgood from our french office to assist with my abysmal french! Jokes aside from construction to architecture, planning, operations and even structural engineering, we had the chance to connect with industry experts from across continental Europe, all united by a shared passion for real estate particularly the living sectors. It was a night of reconnecting with clients, meeting new faces, and soaking in the energy that MIPIM is known for! A pity about the rain we must have brought that with us! And let’s not forget the “French” essentials—cheese, charcuterie, and some truly exceptional French rosé (because when in France, right?) A massive thank you to the Place North West team for putting together such a fantastic event. Yardi was proud to be a sponsor, and we can’t wait to see what the rest of the week has in store.
