    Beginning install on a really nice project in the Moose Run subdivision in Fraser. We’ve coordinated over the winter to weatherproof the chimneys, which takes a lot of coordination with framers, masons, and fireplace installers. Also look at that custom low gloss fascia!

    First big install of the year for one of our local developer customers, with snow looming in the background! Check out those laser chalk lines and valley details too. The shingles are the easy part that everyone talks about, but the value is in the details in an extreme environment like this.

    One of our core values at PJ Roofing is Steadfast Service. This means that we take pride and enjoyment in helping customers solve problems, but also that we are not afraid to say “no” when we know we can’t achieve a requested outcome. Weather often plays a part in this for us. When a tier 1 Contractor we work for asks us to install a membrane roof in the middle of winter, outside of the manufacturer required temps, we have two options: A) Tell them it can’t be done. B) Get creative and come up with a solution to support the project. While “no” certainly has it’s place and is necessary at times, we chose to get creative and dry-fit the roofing material to form a leak free seam, and we’ll come back once the sunshine returns and do the final install in the spring.
