Project Update: One Canal Core & Shell/Lab Fit Out We are in the final stages at One Canal Park in Cambridge, where we've transformed a 4-story office building into a state-of-the-art life science facility. This renovation, in partnership with The Richmond Group, includes a new mechanical room, core restrooms, a pH neutralization skid, lab vacuum, and air skids. Our team remained dedicated throughout the project, completing the lab spec tenant fit-out on floors 1-4, which are now move-in ready. Joe has been with us for just over a year, putting his skills in welding, pipefitting, and lab gases to work on projects for clients like Takeda Pharmaceuticals and the New England Historic Genealogical Society. Last week, P.J. Dionne Company had the opportunity to send our technicians, Paul Tebo and Brian Smith, along with their daughters, to two Bruins games—Thursday’s matchup against the Ottawa Senators and Saturday’s game against the Colorado Avalanche.
