Thank you, Allison, for your sincere efforts in studying and executing code comparing Classical ML, QAOA and SVQE as QML methods for Quantum Portfolio Optimization. The project presentation is on the Pivotport YouTube Channel along with a link to the Github Repository containing the Jupyter Notebook with results of her execution on an Azure Quantum Workspace using the IonQ Simulation Provider. This opens $150K in Azure Credits and expert guidance and support for our ECG Anomaly Detection and Identification AI solution involving hybrid classical-quantum computing while opening the possibility to collaborate with partners in healthcare research initiatives globally. Pivotport welcomes 2024 Summer Interns Allison Lee and Ivey R.! During the two months internship sponsored by University of Chicago for it’s students, they will be mentored by Jonathan Ortega in learning Quantum Computing programming using Python and Qiskit using Azure Quantum, Azure Lab and Azure AI services. We will also have a challenge project they will work to present as a finishing touch. Thanks to University of Chicago’s Sam Smiley for inviting Pivotport to interview many candidates and offering the select students financial support for this opportunity for their learning state of the art in Quantum Applications ideation, documentation, design, programming, testing and deploying.
