On Wednesday, the team at Pivotal Partners will be attending the The Global Recruiter - The voice of the staffing industry awards after being nominated for Best Start-Up Agency in 2024. This prestigious award recognises innovative thinking, revenue growth in year one, and creating a sustainable business model to thrive in the future. With many of the greatest in our industry previously being shortlisted, being recognised in our first year is a huge achievement for us. When our founders Harry Thornton & James Whipp launched Pivotal, they had clear and bold ambitions to be a strategic GTM partner to build the best field sales and technical team for the future's biggest software success stories. To receive the recognition so early on in our journey is something we are incredibly proud of. A couple of key milestones from our first year: ??Team Growth: Expanded our team from 2 to 12 people, making several industry-leading hires within the tech GTM space (News to follow soon...??) ??Set up our first international office in Austin Texas, in 9 months since inception. ??Brand Growth: Built a LinkedIn community of over 35K followers and increased our GTM network massively. ??186 placements since we started with 31 customers won in 2024 ranging from Seed to Series D.
