We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of another commercial tenant improvement project for our valued repeat client, BECU, encompassing approximately 3,700 square feet. This project featured a comprehensive interior redesign, masterfully envisioned by architect Jane Clark. The revitalized space showcases a stunning multi-tiered suspended ceiling, adding depth and dimension for a visually engaging experience. A standout aspect of this build-out is the extensive integration of lighting within the feature walls, enhancing the ambiance and highlighting key areas throughout the branch. This thoughtfully designed lighting not only brightens but elevates the overall aesthetic, creating a sophisticated and welcoming environment that aligns perfectly with BECU’s brand. A huge shoutout to our very own Neil, Jacob, Madison, and Michael, who managed and oversaw every detail of this project, bringing it to life with dedication and expertise. We also want to express our gratitude to Joie, the designer for BECU, for her invaluable guidance and expertise throughout the process. The newly transformed branch officially opened its doors on November 12, offering an elevated experience that seamlessly blends style and functionality for both members and staff.
