Project Milestone at Peak Thermo King! We’ve just completed the final panel installation and are now prepping for the next phases—structural steel up next, followed by roofing. Great job to everyone involved in making this happen! Exciting progress ahead.

Floor & Decor Project Update! We’ve kicked off excavation for the 17,500 SF detention vault on the south side of the building. Footings and stem walls are also underway, with excavation, forming, and reinforcing in progress. Stay tuned for more updates as the project moves forward!

Things are moving at Peak Thermo King! We’re prepping the site for asphalt treated base, stripping panel forms, and getting panels ready. With our crane setup underway, we’re set to start the tilt on Monday! Stay tuned for more updates next week.
