Did you know you can bake with tea? Here at Piper & Leaf, we love to experiment with our tea blends and create new and exciting recipes. In fact, our Marketing Specialist, Hannah W., embraced that creativity to make these Blackberry Old Fashioned Birthday Cake Scones using our Old Fashioned Birthday Cake tea blend for our multi-department meeting, and oh my, are they scrumptious! Elegant earl grey with lavender and vanilla meets zestful berry and lemon. Be the office hero and make these for your next meeting!

Back in the summer of 2013, we kicked things off with nothing but a bit of?tea and a heap of compost. Our humble beginning blossomed into what you now know as Piper and Leaf Tea Company. In celebration of this 10-year achievement, we created a new blend - Blueberry Jubilee. As we enter into year 11, we wanted to share with you the behind-the-scenes story of how this blend came to be.

Piper and Leaf Tea Co. is a proud advocate for sustainability. We play our part by selling refillable mason jars to reduce disposable plastic and use non-GMO sugarcane tea bags that are compostable. In addition, we utilize every part of our ingredients.
