Pinocchio's Original Italian Ice Cream

Pinocchio's Original Italian Ice Cream is a Sanibel tradition since 1980. Our family has owned the brand of this iconic ice cream shop since 2007 and we operated it until November 2017. We no longer offer franchises. Instead, our family has made the decision to return Pinocchio's to SWFL with 2 new locations. Our Ft Myers store is open! We are conveniently located in the Village Shops at Health Park, 16230 Summerlin Rd. Our second location is scheduled to open in the fall of this year at the Periwinkle Place Shops on Sanibel, on the west end of the shopping center at 2075 Periwinkle Way. Our locations will eventually offer patrons comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. Pinocchio's offers a dessert experience where families and friends can gather and enjoy any of our original recipes of frozen confections including our handcrafted ice cream, gelato, sorbet, sherbet, custard and semi freddo desserts. We also offer frozen and non frozen desserts including cannoli, cookies, macarons, pastry, Pinocchio's Chocolate noses (we call them little fibbers) and specialty Italian sodas and espresso coffee drinks. Of course we offer a large variety of cups, imported and domestic cones, malts, shakes, shimmies (it's our creation), splits, taster flights and dessert boards. Pinocchio's is known for generous portions of unique flavors such as Sanibel Krunch, Dirty Sand Dollar, Wedding Bells, Gator Stew ice creams, our Zuppa Inglese Italian Custard and intense gelato flavors.
