I’m honored and thrilled to have been named one of the 2024 Apprenticeship Award winners! These past two years with Pinnacol Assurance have truly flown by, and it’s hard to believe I’m entering the final year of my apprenticeship. Reflecting on this journey, I feel incredibly grateful for the experiences and opportunities I’ve had to grow professionally and personally. I’ve been able to work on projects that have challenged me, develop skills in fields I’m passionate about, and discover what I truly want to pursue in my career. This award isn’t just a milestone—it’s a testament to the amazing people who have supported me along the way. I want to take a moment to thank Julie Wilmes, Fatima Amador, TJ Schantz, McKenzee Sisson, Mei Lisa Acevedo Tsai, Andrew Wolson, Steve Ernstberger, William Sterling, Josh Schulz, Prakash Rai, Allen Schrader and all of my mentors, teammates, and peers who have guided me, believed in me, and made this journey possible. I’m excited to make the most of my final year at Pinnacol and continue contributing to the incredible work we do.
