With Matt's specialized expertise in the real estate and property industry, this strategic addition enhances our ability to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service to our clients. Matt Curtis has over 14 years of experience in accounting with the past 11 focused in property accounting. Before joining Pinnacle Advisory Services, Matt held various roles at Brixmor Property Group. During his tenure, he served as the Regional Financial Manager of the North and South Property Accounting Team as well as the South Recovery Accounting Team. This team focused on process improvements and identifying opportunities to increase expense recoveries through revised lease language. Additionally, Matt contributed to due diligence for property acquisitions, ensuring thorough financial analysis and seamless integrations. A 2010 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Matt holds a strong foundation in accounting and financial management. He brings extensive expertise in team leadership, financial analysis, process optimization, and acquisition due diligence.
