TC Conway is right! We are different... and he explains why perfectly! #StaffingPartner #Inc5000
I know that you get overwhelmed with staffing companies promising?“Great people! Cheap?Rates”!!?The truth is that we all have about the same burden and we’re all fishing from the same talent pond. In this labor market, no one has a “pool of people”, unless they’re working with a halfway house. According to the BLS, the average burden on a new employee is 29%. Factor in the cost of workers comp, SUCA, FUCA, social security, unemployment insurance, and even a small profit margin. Then ask yourself, “How can my staffing provider afford a markup of 30% on a contract-to-hire associate and stay in business”? The answer is simple. They make it up in volume. They’re betting on turnover. They’re not looking for the best fit. Rather, they’re counting on the associate not converting and then replacing them. Each time that happens, the clock resets. So, the more they fail, the better they do, and you’re stuck in a revolving door until you happen to find a “Diamond In The Rough.” So, what makes Pinnacle any different??Simply our people and our commitment to doing staffing the right way. ?To us that means, in lieu of the standard transactional, vendor/customer relationship, we take a consultive approach with our clients. Though we are far from perfect (we are dealing with people after all), we do endeavor to increase the probability of success by doing our due diligence at the front end. The results are decreased turnover, increased productivity, and lower costs.??
