Last month, our CEO Courtney Bishop; Director of Business Development, Donna Monk; Outpatient Services Executive Director, Jaymie Hopkins; and Director of Clinical Services, Whitney Rosenbaum attended the Arkansas Mental Health Day at the State Capitol in Little Rock. The event was hosted by the Arkansas Council for Behavioral Health. It was inspiring to stand with advocates, providers and leaders working to improve mental health access in our state. Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders highlighted the growing mental health crisis, especially among young people, and the need for data-driven solutions. We are grateful to be part of this important conversation! Pictured from left to right are Donna Monk and Courtney Bishop (top row), Jaymie Hopkins and Whitney Rosenbaum (bottom row).

February is Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month. Teen dating violence is a pattern of controlling, abusive, or aggressive behavior in a romantic relationship. The abuse can be verbal, emotional, physical, sexual, or digital, and it affects millions of young people each year. One in 10 teens will be a victim of teen dating violence. It is important to educate, support, and empower teens to recognize the signs of unhealthy relationships and build safe, respectful connections.
