A new mixed-use project at 640 Eastern Avenue SE is advancing with support from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation’s RAP Program and Brownfield Redevelopment Authority’s Emerging Developer Grant. The $4.7M investment includes 12 residential units, 5,600 sq. ft. of commercial and 250 sq. ft. of retail space, creating jobs and addressing housing needs for households earning 51%-80% AMI. Today, Pinnacle celebrated the groundbreaking for LARLEN COMMUNICATIONS INC Southtown lofts project in Grand Rapids. The project will bring 12 affordable housing units, office space and retail space to the city’s southeast side! Restoring history. Kent Facilities is proud to revitalize this century-old building on Front Ave., transforming it into new office space and apartments. In partnership with Pinnacle Construction Group, we're doing brick replacement, tuckpointing, new masonry openings, and precise infilling, to bring this historic building back to its glory.

This event is going to be great! We were excited to help Samaritas prepare and can’t wait to see the stage piece in use!
