Ag relief for 2024: Sign-up starts today, March 19, and runs through Aug. 15, 2025. Only one application is required for all ECAP eligible commodities. Applications can be submitted to FSA in-person, electronically using?Box and One-Span, by fax or by applying online at?fsa.usda.gov/ecap?using a secure login.gov account. Signed into law on December 21, 2024, the American Relief Act extended the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (also known as the 2018 Farm Bill) for one year, as well as provided disaster relief appropriations and authorities and economic assistance to farmers, through the Emergency Commodity Assistance Program (ECAP).??ECAP provides up to $10 billion in total assistance to eligible producers who suffered economic losses related increased input costs and falling commodity prices in the 2024 crop year, helping them to pay down debt and obtain financing for the 2025 crop year.??
